Some of your requirements seem to contradict themselves hmm?
this requirements specification is bit perfectionist. the engineers delivering the solution would sure compromise and we'd hopefully be able to finalize something through discussion. even my wildest crush doesn't match the whole spec i think..
gaad, starlizzard. Wonder whether you expect such non-functional requirements like reliability, stability etc. ..
okay, on second thoughts, i'd rather not go for this high-risk, complex software system. i'd develop some local apps to do stuff.
